Horizontal chilled water ceiling
suspended Air Handling units, are
available in various sizes. The range of
airflow is from 600 CFM to 8000 CFM.
The nominal cooling capacity is from
1.5 TR to 20 TR.
Single/ double skin Air Handling units
are fabricated with extruded aluminum
profiles. The single skin panel is
fabricated from 1.2 mm / 1.6 mm
galvanized steel sheet and is fixed to
aluminum frame work using nuts and
bolts from inside. The double skin sandwich
panels are fabricated using either
galvanized or stainless steel sheets.
Specification of the sheet used is of
0. 6 mm /0. 8 mm. The space between
the sandwiched sheets panels is filled by
injecting polyurethane foam of density 40 kg./m3
having thickness of 23mm.
